Why Trademark License instead of Franchising?
We are sure you know franchises.....we do too!!! Many franchises have been very successful and many have not. We believe the biggest enemy of a franchise is the restraints it places on the franchisee both financially and operationally. We have no royalties and royalties usually become a point of contention between the franchisor and the franchisee. The franchisee is doing all the work and giving 5-10% of their sales to the franchisor. In exchange, the franchisee must see the value in the payments. They frequently do not and that leads to a poor relationship. 

iFixandRepair believes the money made by our partners needs to stay with them. At iFixandRepair we are entrepreneurs and we like to deal with entrepreneurs. Owning a franchise with 30-40 pages of do’s and don’ts in their agreement usually kills any creativity a true entrepreneur possesses.
